Aladdin, Jr Updates and Reminders – April 22, 2023
No rehearsal next weekend (April 30th) – but be sure to rehearse! Watch the dance videos, practice your songs, memorize your lines!!
The Next Rehearsal is May 6th – and it’s a BIG one!! 12-4 PM @ UNHP Music Room Bring your “brown bag” lunch to eat at noon while you are waiting to take your headshots (Ms. Hills will be our photographer!) We will warm up during this time as well. Rehearsal will run until 4 PM and we hope to accomplish a lot! (Uplift North Hills is located at 606 E Royal Ln, Irving, TX 75039)
PARENTS we will need some of you to stay on May 6th because we will have prop projects for you to work on. We will provide the materials and the instructions, we just need help assembling, painting, cutting, gluing, etc. Students who are not on stage during a scene/number may assist with creating the props as well!
Tickets are ON SALE NOW – visit www.irvingyouththeatre.com and select your date and seating options! They are $15+$2.50 service fee. Be sure to invite your friends and family! Remember, each family should commit to selling/purchasing 10 tickets to help defray production costs!
Sign-up Genie-ous! As you are selecting the date that you will purchase tickets to see the show, remember that you should plan to “work” the other show night as a volunteer. A Sign-Up Genius link will be shared soon via email and the Cast Page so that you can see where you can assist on show nights!
Show Shirts? Only six people have responded about show shirts…are you interested?? Please let us know ASAP. It will take awhile to place orders and produce them…the show is a little over six weeks away!!
