Audition Form
Due by 11:59 PM on September 17, 2023
All young people in 1st-8th Grade who wish to PERFORM must complete the audition form which includes creating a monologue video and a song video. Be sure to read the Audition Guide above prior to submitting your form!
Tech Crew Form
Due by 11:59 PM on September 17, 2023
All young people in 6th-12th Grade who wish to help with the production without being cast in the show (Stage Manager, acting coach, lights, sound, props, costumes, ushering, etc.) must complete the TECH CREW form which indicates how you would like to assist “behind-the-scenes” with the show.
Parent Permission Form
Due by 11:59 PM on September 17, 2023
PARENTS of all Performers and Tech Crew members must complete the Permission form which includes rehearsal dates and participation expectations.
